Had a reasonably spacious and new-fashioned room to myself with aircon, dishwasher plus kitchen. The location was great and awesome, close to Chapultepec Sports Center.

The hotel is excellent, it has affable staff at the reception desk. The room is new-fashioned and perfect in our suite which were a couple of walls away, everything is perfect. They have a lot of meals to choose from, the food is good.

The location is favourable and magnificent, 1 mile from a green-glass tower. The hotel's staff are affable.

i stayed here for 5 days and would love to stay here again. the hotel was excellent in general, had incredibly nice staff at the reception desk. the rooms they have were amazing and well-equipped with dishwasher, kitchen and private bathroom. the location was great for what i was doing. the area was safe, an amazing base for me. i liked that the property was 15 minutes drive from the airport.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to various areas. Uber rides were also readily available. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, even organizing a personal tour when my original plans fell through. I highly recommend this hotel for both short and long stays.

We loved it here! The location is really good for either business or leisure. It's not super close to anything specific of cultural interest but is very close to the fancy area of Polanco. We were able to walk to Avenida Masaryk, Reforma, and Chapultepec Park, which was great. The service is also top-notch. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even offered to me their driver who spent the whole day with me driving around the city, so they organized for me a personal tour. The hotel has great facilities like free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a 24-hour reception, a bar/ lounge area, a restaurant, a fitness center. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only two negative aspects about this place are the limited parking spaces and the cleaning service not cleaning early and taking forever to clean the suite, literally hours. However, the staff is very nice and accommodating.
